Vinha D'Ervideira Colheita Selecionada is a very elegant, long and persistent white wine with a tropical prevalence in its aromas. It presents notes of quince jam and very smooth citric nuances. It is a complex, mineral, fresh white wine with very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Vinha D'Ervideira Colheita Selecionada is a white wine produced with white grapes of Antão Vaz and Arinto from the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, the wine has been transferred to stainless steel vats, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Vinha D'Ervideira Colheita Selecionada is an aromatic white wine with outstanding tropical flavours, soft citric aromas, and delicate floral notes. It is an expressive white wine, long, mineral and with citric acidity very well integrated into its aromatic bouquet.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC
