Valle Pradinhos Reserva white wine was produced from an exotic blend of Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Malvasia Fina. The grapes were de-stemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats where they were fermented at a controlled temperature for 25 days. The wine aged for 6 months in oak barrels.
