Vallado Douro white wine has a bright straw colour. It has flower and mature fruit aromas, with melon notes on the nose. It's very mineral and fresh wine, well balanced persistent flavour, with citric notes.

The grapes were hand-picked, destemmed and crushed before the must have been cooled to a temperature of 10ºC. After this period, grapes were pressed, with the must drawn off and filtered for decanting. The must's temperature was then kept at 14ºC, yeast was added, and the fermentation process occurred for 1 month without grape's skin contact. Once fermentation is finished, the wine was stabilised in stainless steel vats for 9 months before clarification and bottling.

This Vallado Douro white wine is a beautiful citric, tangy wine with fine acidity and hints of mandarine. It's a wine full of lime and crisp green apple notes with a mineral texture.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at a temperature between 10ºC-12ºC. Ready to drink.
Aliás Bairrada, it is an extremely complex white wine from the region of Bairrada. It is dominated by mineral scents such as graphite, granitic stone, gunpowder and earth, along with white fruit aromas and some citrus fruits. It reveals a fantastic volume and structure interwoven in subtle wood aromas and a great acidity.

Quinta do Gradil Sauvignon Blanc Arinto is a white wine from the region of Lisbon with a very aromatic profile, fruity notes, yellow fruits and citrus fruits and with residual notes of fresh asparagus. It has a well-defined acidity together with a delicious minerality.
Citrus clean colour, very mineral and strong aromas of citrus (peaches and tangerine) and notes of white flowers. In the mouth shows great balance and complexity with optimum acidity.
Monte da Ravasqueira Seleção do Ano is an intense white wine from the Alentejo region, aromatic, with tropical notes and fresh fruit enhancing the aromas of apricots and peach. It features good minerality and a very soft acidity.
