Tim Grande Reserva is a fine and delicate white wine from the Douro region. In the nose, the mineral component predominates along with notes of white fruit and flowers. In the mouth, it is a very elegant wine but also full of energy and complexity, with a mineral character and an extraordinary acidity. The finish is long and clear.
Winemaking:
Tim Grande Reserva is a white wine produced in the Douro region with white grapes of Viosinho, Gouveio, and Arinto. After a long maceration stage, the wine fermented at a controlled temperature in French oak barrels for 6 months. After fermentation, the wine aged for 18 months in the bottle before being released to the market.

Tasting Notes:
Tim Grande Reserva is a white mineral and aromatic wine from the Douro region. Fruit aromas and small touches of wood dominate the nose. In the mouth, it is rich and complex but also fresh and delicate. It also has extraordinary acidity and a long but very pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
