Santiago na Anfora do Rocim is a white wine produced in the region of Monção with white grapes of Alvarinho. The wine was subjected to a short maceration prior to the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. 50% of the batch was fermented in Amphora clay tanks, and the rest in stainless steel tanks, in contact with fine lees where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior the wine to being blended and bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C to 12°C.
