Rascunho Alvarinho By Quinta de Santiago is an elegant, complex, and intensely citrus white wine. It is a velvety, young wine, of great aromatic concentration, highlighting notes of apricot orange peel and touches of lime. It finishes fresh, open, and with fantastic citric acidity.
Winemaking:
Rascunho Alvarinho is a white wine produced in the region of Monção with white grapes of Alvarinho. The wine was subjected to a short maceration prior to the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. The wine was transferred to new's French oak barrels for 18 months, in contact with fine lees where it was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Rascunho Alvarinho By Quinta de Santiago is an extremely complex and citrus white wine. The highlights are citrus peel aromas, orange peel aromas, and lime flavors. It has a great structure and delicious acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C to 12°C.
