Quinta do Avidagos Reserva Alvarelhão is a complex, full-bodied, and extraordinarily elegant white wine. It presents notes of tropical fruit, such as passion fruit and banana and floral aromas. It is a creamy white wine, with a slight balsamic, fresh and citrus touch ending in a fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Avidagos Reserva Alvarelhão is a white wine produced with white grapes of Alvarelhão of the Douro wine region. After a gentle crushed and a total destemming of the grapes, the musts were transferred to stainless steel tanks where it has occurred the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. Then the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels where it has stayed, for 10 months, in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being decanted, filtrated, and bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
