Quinta de Santiago Alvarinho Reserva is a white wine of great aromatic complexity and mineral structure. It combines ripe white fruit aromas with citric scents, as well as fragrances of spring flowers. It is an intense wine with aromas of good wood and a fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta de Santiago Alvarinho Reserva is a white wine produced in the region of Monção with white grapes of Alvarinho. The wine was subjected to a long period of maceration prior to the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. A part of the wine has stayed in French oak barrels, in contact with fine lees and subjected to a regular stirring, and the other part it has stayed in stainless steel tanks for 9 months prior to being blended and bottled.

Quinta de Santiago Alvarinho Reserva is an opulent and mineral white wine produced with white grapes of Alvarinho, that springs lots of complexity, wonderful ripe white fruit aromas, lots of freshness, a very good wood scents with a great and poised acidity.

Serve at a temperature of 11ºC.
