Quinta da Bacalhoa is a complex and intense white wine from the Peninsula region of Setubal. Dominated by fresh aromas of tropical fruits and citrus fruits, it displays numerous floral fragrances, along with a great depth and a very balanced acidity.

Quinta da Bacalhôa is a white wine produced with white grapes of Semillon, Alvarinho, and Sauvignon Blanc planted in the region of Peninsula de Setubal. The grapes were vinified separately and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats. 35% of each variety has stayed in new's French oak barrels and was subjected to regular stirring for 6 months, and the rest of the batch stayed, separately, in stainless steel tanks, prior to being blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta da Bacalhoa is an intense, velvety white wine from the Península de Setubal region. Of moderate acidity, it offers suggestions of mineral notes and notes of citrus, and its bouquet is dominated by intense fragrances of tropical fruits, and linden flowers along with a subtle and delicious woody aroma.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Coelheiros is a very elegant white wine from the Herdade dos Coelheiros. Its tropical profile contrasts with a magnificent balance of its sharp acidity predominating the aromas of tangerine's bark. It has a fine and very elegant palate.
Messias Bairrada Classico is a white wine with a solid structure from the region of Bairrada. An extraordinary wine, with a dry profile, aromas of yellow fruits, such as pears and apples, and an irreproachable acidity.
Art. Terra Amphora is an elegant's white wine from the Alentejo wine region that stands out for its appearance, with a beautiful golden yellow colour as well an extraordinary aromatic length. With tropical notes and citrus nuances, it presents a velvety and silky body with notes of vanilla and very balanced acidity.
Quinta da Romaneira Gouveio is an elegant and citrus white wine from the Douro wine region. It has a crystalline appearance and golden citrus color, citrus aromas, and some notes of tropical fruits. It is a fresh white wine, with mineral nuances and balanced acidity.
Clear appearance, citrus colour. Fresh and citrus aromas. Young, fruity and fresh palate. Very balanced and smooth after-taste.
Tim Grande Reserva is a fine and delicate white wine from the Douro region. In the nose, the mineral component predominates along with notes of white fruit and flowers. In the mouth, it is a very elegant wine but also full of energy and complexity, with a mineral character and an extraordinary acidity. The finish is long and clear.
