Pico Wines Arinto dos Açores is a white wine with tropical aromas from the wine region of the Azores. It presents aromas of passion fruit from the Azores, lime, pineapple, and characteristic mineral notes such as salinity and iodine. It finishes fresh, and complex, with soft nuances of delicious vanilla, and remarkable acidity.
Winemaking:
Pico Wines Arinto dos Açores is a white wine produced from white grapes of Arinto planted in the Azores wine region. After a short period of maceration, 6 hours, the fermentation took place in stainless steel vats. Then, the wine remained in contact with fine lees, for 6 months, in used's French oak barrels, where it was subjected to regular stirring, before being filtered and bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
