Being one of the most renowned Portuguese Wine Producers of Alentejo, in Portugal, the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation produces one of its best wines, based on respect and love in its vineyard and in the production of its wines. It all begins with the careful selection of the berries that will be part of the lot of this Pêra Manca. After total destemming, slight grinding, gentle pressing, temperature reduction and clarification of the must, part of the must is then fermented in French oak vats and another part of the must is fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C . After a maturity in lees fines with batonnage for a period of 12 months, the wine will be aged 9 months, in bottle, before being released on the market.

Tasting Notes:
Light yellow clear color. Citrus aromas and yellow bark fruit, ripe melon and lemon. Also note the floral aromas of jasmine and daisies. The complexity in the mouth is dominant attesting well the aromatic balance with the persistent acidity. Round wine full of freshness with a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature of 10ºC to 12ºC.
Barbeito Verdelho is a white wine produced in the wine region of Madeira and has a great mineral structure and aromaticity with notes of subtropical fruits, and nuances of ripe whitebark fruits such as apricot, pear, orange blossom andslight toasted notes.
Caracolete is a complex, mineral and very elegant white wine. It presents a closed citrus bouquet, with aromas of orange blossom and ripe apricots, along with limestone and wet granite notes along with fantastic acidity.
Vinhas Da Teixuga is a white wine that presents an open aromatic bouquet with aromas of ripe citrus and tropical notes. It presents delicate balsamic fragrances, notes of hazelnuts and dried fruits, with smoky notes. It is a fresh white wine, with strong mineral interpretations and particularly saline expressions together with extraordinary acidity.
Soalheiro Nature Pur Terroir is a white wine from the Vinhos Verdes region that presents a very open mineral and citric structure and a dense body. The fact that it is an unfiltered wine with no addition of sulfites presents a sharpness of well-defined aromas and depth, where the citrus fruits like mandarin and orange highlighting in its aromatic bouquet.
Ribeiro Santo Encruzado is an elegant white wine from the region of Dão, which presents delicate and fine whitebark fruit aromas, such as green apples and peaches, complimented with nuances of citrus fruits and a poised acidity. It also features smooth notes of the wood barrel and sharped mineral notes.
Covela Edição Nacional Avesso is a very fine and elegant white wine from the Vinhos Verdes region, with intense citrus notes and also floral notes. In the mouth, it has a creamy character, a crystalline acidity, and a long finish.
