In the Douro Valley the Freixo Espada à Cinta Cooperative produced this white wine using the careful selection of grapes picked by hand. The terraces with more than 300 meters of altitude make this white wine the image of the identity of the Douro Terroir and the lands of the Alto Douro Vinhateiro. Cold fermentation, with controlled temperature around 16ºC followed by very gentle crushing. Stage, in French oak barrels, used, on fine lees with regular agitation "battonage". Final maturation in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
