Moinante Curtimenta is an elegant white wine with ripe aromas, which presents intensity of aromas, tropical notes and ripe citrus fruits, such as orange peel, tangerine and passion fruit. It is a white wine with well-defined floral notes like orange blossom and lavender, some minerality, freshness and mild citric acidity.
Winemaking:
Moinante Curtimenta is a white wine produced with white grapes of Antão Vaz, Arinto, Verdelho, and Encruzado of the Alentejo wine region. After the pressing process, the musts have macerated with the skins and the stalks at cold temperatures. The wine has then fermented, at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel tanks. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it has stayed, in contact with the lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Moinante Curtimenta is a well-balanced white wine with well-defined aromas that presents intense notes of orange blossom, very marked aromas of ripe citrus and ripe tropical fruits. It is a structured white wine, with excellent structure, unctuous and well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
