Manoella is a white wine produced in the Douro region with indigenous white grapes such as Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato, and Códega do Larinho. After a short period of maceration, the wine has stayed for 6 months in new's French oak barrels, subjected to a regular stirring, in contact with fine lees, prior to being decantated, filtrated, and bottled.

Sandra Tavares da Silva and Jorge Serôdio Borges began their adventure in 2001. At first, they had no vineyards of their own but had a common dream of developing a personal project in which they could express their enological vision. The name Wine & Soul results from great passion and total dedication to wine.
