Winemaking:
Two differents grapes batches were fermented separately, using mild pressing and low temperature methods. Not ageing in wooden barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (18ºC). Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
