Flor de S. José Reserva is a white wine of enormous quality, markedly citrus and of tense and well-marked minerality. It presents with citrus aromas, with flavours of lime and lemon and notes of graphite and wet stone. It is a wine with a velvety texture, creamy and very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Flor de S. José Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes of Rabigato and Gouveio of the Douro wine region. After a gentle crushing and a total destemming of the grapes, the musts were transferred to stainless steel tanks where it has occurred the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. Then the wine stayed in stainless steel tanks, in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being decanted, filtrated and bottled.

Flor de S. José Reserva is a velvety, citrus and very mineral white wine of the Douro wine region. It is an extraordinary white Douro wine with notes of fresh citrus, mineral nuances and creamy texture. It is a complex, structured white wine with vibrant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
