Fafide Reserva is a very fresh and aromatic white wine from the Douro region, with notes of citrus and exotic fruits. In the mouth, it's very elegant with a balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Fafide Reserva is a white wine produced from indigenous white grapes, from old vines of the field blend in Douro Valley such as Códega do Larinho, Rabigato, and Viosinho. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, the wine stayed 6 months, in new's French and American oak barrels in contact with fine lees subjected to regular stirring, prior to the wine being stabilized, filtrated, and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Fafide Reserva is a white wine from the renowned producer of the Douro region, Rui Roboredo Madeira. It is an extremely aromatic, mineral and fresh wine, with notes of citrus and exotic fruits. In the mouth, it's very elegant, with a complex texture and balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
