Cortes de Cima Dois Terroirs is a white wine produced with autochthones white grapes of Verdelho, Viognier and Alvarinho in the Alentejo Region. After a short period of maceration, the fermentation of the Verdelho and Alvarinho grape varieties took place in stainless steel vats, while Viognier fermented in French Oak barrels. After the fermentation, the wine stayed in contact with fine lees for five months. 30% of the blend was aged for five months in French oak barrels, followed by filtration and bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Cortes de Cima Dois Terroirs is an aromatic white wine with an expressive texture. It presents floral nuances, with notes of orange blossom, tropical fruit and stone fruit. In the mouth, it is firm but equally smooth, with acidity present and a fresh finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
