Casa de Compostela is a white wine produced in the wine region of Vinhos Verdes using Sauvignon Blanc. The result is a white wine with tropical aromas, citrus notes, and very fresh.
Winemaking:
Casa de Compostela Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine produced in the Vinho Verde wine region with white grapes of Sauvignon Blanc. The wine was subjected to a short maceration prior to the fermentation process at controlled temperatures and it was stayed in contact with fine lees for 9 months in stainless steel tanks prior to being bottled.
