Casa da Passarella Fugitivo Curtimenta is a rich and dense white wine with a floral character and balsamic aromas. It is a velvety wine with notes of lemon, nuances of tea and honey and light vanilla along with floral fragrances. It is a wine full of density, freshness and citric acidity.
Winemaking:
Casa da Passarella Fugitivo Curtimenta is a white wine produced with white varieties of Encruzado, Uva Cão, Bical and Terrantez from the Dao wine region. After the pressing process, the must macerated, for 14 days, in contact with the skins and tinges, in cement tanks at low temperatures. The wine, after this process, was started the fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it has stayed in contact with the fine lees, and was subjected to a regular stirring for 12 months, before being bottled.

Casa da Passarella Fugitivo Curtimenta is an extraordinarily dense and complex white wine produced in the Dão wine region. A white wine that had a long maceration process before fermatation, giving it great body and density, aromas of notes of tea and honey with fragrances of white flowers, some vanilla and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
