Winemaking:
The grapes for Cabriz White Wine Reserva were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing without contact with the skins. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The different varieties were vinified separately in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 °C for a period of approximately 15 days. After 4 months of ageing in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to new, wood oak barrels, where it suffered a batonnage's process for 2 months and then 3 months in bottle.

Cabriz Reserva presents a citric colour with a slightly greenish tone. It has intense aroma with notes of citrus fruits, lime tree, a slight touch of hazelnuts and tropical nuances. It's a very elegant white wine, harmonious and with a distinctly fresh finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
It has an open straw colour and a clear, shining appearance. An intense, harmonious wine, it has a surprising taste and a velvety structure. It possesses a long, fruity after-taste with notes of passion fruit, white flowers and citrus, with an elegant, persistent after taste.
Monte da Ravasqueira Reserva is a lush white wine from the Alentejo region. It presents complexity, soft notes of wood over the dominant aromas of citrus fruits and fresh tropical fruits, such as passion fruit and kiwi. It is a mineral wine with a superior acidity.
Azul Portugal Palmela is a very fruity white wine produced in the region of Palmela, and presents tropical and citric notes, with good volume, wide open aromatic bouquet and a very expressive acidity.
Terras D'el Rei is a light white wine from Alentejo Region a little crisp, juicy with an attractive lemon acidity as well as a ripe texture.
Beyra Superior Fonte Cal is an extraordinarily gastronomic white wine, with plenty of notes of minerality with well-closed citrus aromas and a dry profile. It is creamy, with notes of nuts along with vegetal notes and very balanced acidity.
Citrus color. Complex, intense aromas of exotic fruits, banana and nuances of spices, vanilla and toast. The wine has an elegant acidity and a persistent finish.
