Branco Vulcânico is an extraordinary white wine produced on the island of Pico in the wine region of the Azores. It presents an Atlantic character, with notes of saline, iodine, and sodium, along with aromas of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and grapefruit. It is a fresh white wine, very mineral and saline with fantastic acidity.

Winemaking:
Branco Vulcânico by António Maçanita is a white wine produced from white Arinto and Verdelho grapes planted in the Azores wine region. After a short period of maceration, 6 hours, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats. Then, the wine remained in contact with fine lees, for 6 months, in stainless steel vats, where it was subjected to a regular stirring, before being filtered and bottled.

Arinto, Verdelho.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
