Assobio white is a deliciously creamy wine with light white fruits and refreshing acidity. It has a soft texture, plenty of minerality and it has a citric and crispy core.

Winemaking:
Assobio was produced with grapes from the Vineyards of Quinta dos Murças in the Douro Valley. The grapes were harvested by hand, selected and subjected to controlled cooling followed by a lightly pressed. The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. The wine stayed for 10 months in stainless steel vats before filtration, cold stabilization, and bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Assobio is a rich white wine with a soft texture. Melon and apricots are mixed with lemon zestes that provide fragrances of freshness and a lot of minerality.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Citrus yellow color. Many elegant and fragrant aromas where the notes of the high quality wood stand out. Smooth and extremely mineral with smoky nuances. Excellent structure and acidity. It finishes very elegant and long, with delicate finish of the Alvarinho variety.
Dona Ermelinda white wine has a pale-green straw colour. It has an intense, tropical fruit aromas with notes of banana and pineapple. It's well rounded, with a good balance between the acidity, sugars, alcohol and wood. It has a long-lasting and fresh finish.
Arinto dos Açores Indígenas By António Maçanita is a complex white wine, saline and mineral, with aromas of tropical fruits and intense citrus flavours. It is a white wine that presents a velvety structure, with enormous aromatic concentration, limpid and pure body, with saline and mineral notes and impressive citric acidity.
Guru is an elegant and mineral white wine from the Douro region. It is very pleasant on the nose, with notes of pear and quince. In the mouth, it is sophisticated and structured, with excellent acidity and a very long and clear finish.
Barão do Hospital Alvarinho is a structured white wine, with a velvety texture and a daring gastronomic profile from the Vinho Verde wine region. It is endowed with enormous minerality, well-designed acidity along with citrus notes, tropical nuances and floral aromas.
Casal Sta Maria Malvasia is a full-bodied white wine, with intense tropical aromas, and spreads several saline notes in its bouquet. It is a fragrant white wine that presents the solid structure, mild acidity, some minerality, and extraordinary notes of ripe citrus fruits, such as mandarin and orange.
