Arinto dos Açores Sur Lies is an elegant and beautifully fragrant white wine produced in the wine region of the Azores by António Maçanita. It is aromatic, mineral, citrus with notes of sodium. It is a velvety white wine, with mineral notes extremely well integrated into citrus aromas and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Arinto dos Açores Sur Lies by António Maçanita is a white wine produced with Arinto's white grapes planted in the Azores wine region. After a short period of maceration, the fermentation took place in stainless steel vats. Then the wine stayed in contact with fine lees, for 8 months, in stainless steel vats, where it has been subject to a regular stirring, prior to being filtrated and bottled.
