Aphros Melissae is an extraordinary white wine from the wine region of Vinhos Verdes, expressing great aromatic intensity, minerality, and freshness. It is a velvety wine with delicious citrus notes, floral fragrances, and delicious acidity.
Winemaking:
Aphros Melissae is a white wine produced in the wine region of Vinhos Verdes from white grapes of Loureiro from vines planted at the highest altitudes. The wine was subjected to a short maceration before the fermentation process at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to concrete eggs, where it was in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular agitation, from 3 months, before being bottled.

Aphros Melissae is an elegant and complex white wine. It is a fantastic white wine that is intensely aromatic and delicately floral. It displays delicious citrus notes with delicate nuances of white flowers and tropical acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C to 12°C.
