Winemaking:
The grapes, exclusively from Vinhão and Alvarinho grape variety, were harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the wort obtained was decanted for 48 hours. Fermentation and stage in French oak casks (new and used barrels) were followed, giving rise to this, Soalheiro Oppaco, Red Wine, of one of the most reputed regions of Portuguese Green Wines, Melgaço and Monção Region.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 15 °C. Serve at a temperature between 8 - 10 °C.
Barão do Hospital Alvarinho is a structured white wine, with a velvety texture and a daring gastronomic profile from the Vinho Verde wine region. It is endowed with enormous minerality, well-designed acidity along with citrus notes, tropical nuances and floral aromas.
Pequenos Rebentos Ancestral is a sparkling wine from the Vinho Verde region, with fresh aromas, full of complementary citrus notes, dried fruits and bread toast. It is a brut sparkling wine, dry, with a crunchy acidity and notes of lime and mint, which stands out for its fine and delicate bubble.
Lime green color. Citrus fragrances with intense floral predominance. Full but smooth and fresh with good structure and ripe tannins. Ends dry full of minerality and freshness.
Camaleão Sauvignon Blanc is a very balanced and elegant white wine that was produced in the wine region of Vinhos Verdes in the North Coast of Portugal under the influence of the maritime climate. In this way it is aromatic, with saline and iodine notes and an impressive and very fresh citrus bouquet.
Aphros Vinhão is a green-red wine with intense aromas of wild red fruits and soft vegetable notes, along with velvety texture, silky rich and full body. It presents dense fruit, ripe black fruits, notes of mint and spices as well and lively acidity.
Produced by Adega Cooperativa de Monção from the Vinho Verde region, this white wine it's a dry white green wine. It presents a limpid, citrine colour, intense fragrance, with tropical notes and honey, some complexity and vegetable touches; soft taste, with well-fixed acidity, what gives him freshness and elegance, intense body and elegant finish.
