Gazela Green Wine
Gazela Green Wine is produced at Quinta de Azevedo wine centre, a splendid estate owned by Sogrape Vinhos near Barcelos, in the Vinho Verde Region. Hand-picked grapes undergo soft stem-removal and crushing. The resulting must is separated from skins in pneumatic presses and subjected to static decanting for about 24 hours, suitably protected from oxidation, until it reaches the required level of clarity. Fermentation in stainless steel vats then follows, under a controlled temperature of about 16ºC. Gazela is bottled immediately after fermentation and final blending, so as to guarantee its whole original freshness.

Store and Serve Advice:
Must be kept upright, in a dry and cool place. Given its freshness is best drunk young. Should be served well chilled, in a white wine glass or a flute, at a temperature between 6ºC-8ºC.
Reveals a bright, straw open with citrus reflexes. The aroma is typically the caste, intense and delicately fruity with notes of stone fruit and slight jam. On the palate the wine is full, with a complex flavor, ripe fruit, harmonious and very long finish and persistent.
Citrus yellow color. Powerful fragrances and great aromatic intensity of the Alvarinho variety. Full-bodied and dense, with slight presence of ripe tannins. It finishes dry with bitter nobles typical of the caste.
