The grapes, exclusively from the Vinhão grape varieties, were harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After destemming and pressing, the wort obtained underwent a short skin maceration and a cold clarification for 3 days. This was followed by fermentation and fermentation in stainless steel vats for 9 months before the origin of this Anselmo Mendes Vinhão, Red Green Wine, from one of the most renowned regions of Portuguese Green Wines, Melgaço and Monção Region.

Citrus yellow color with fine, persistent bubble. The aroma reveals the fruit of the Alvarinho variety, ripe citrus fruits and some tropical fruits, denoting a good balance between acidity and alcohol. The flavor has persistence and complexity.
Soft and creamy, Santola Crab is a crisp and clean wine that has a light prickle and fine citrus acidity. It is a refreshing Off-dry wine.
Citrine yellow color. Elegant and mineral aroma. The Alvarinho full of tropical fruits and structure contrasts with the floral Loureiro.
