Winemaking:
The grapes exclusively from the Alvarinho variety were harvested manually. After partial destemming and pressing, the wort obtained was decanted for 48 hours by skin maceration followed by cold clarification. The fermentation took place at controlled temperature and the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, in contact with fine lees with regular batonnage, for 4 months, giving rise to this Anselmo Mendes, Alvarinho Contacto, White Green Wine, in one of the most reputed Regions of Portuguese Green Wines, Region of Melgaço, Monção.

Portal da Calçada Reserva is an intense and citric white wine from the Vinho Verde Region. Fresh and young, it expresses intense notes of citrus fruits such as lime, grapefruit and also reveals perfumes of white-skinned fruits such as melon and apple. It finishes velvety in the mouth with mineral notes and extraordinary acidity.
Ameal Reserva is a white wine from the Vinho Verde Region that is structured, complex and velvety in texture. It expresses a citrus bouquet and aromas of white-peeled roasted fruit, nuances of vanilla, floral fragrances and very well-tuned acidity.
Muralhas presents a limpid, citric colour. This Wine has a personalised aroma, floral fragrance and notes of aromatic herbs. Soft, acidulous taste, with good freshness. Great youth, relative and pleasant.
Reveals a bright, straw open with citrus reflexes. The aroma is typically the caste, intense and delicately fruity with notes of stone fruit and slight jam. On the palate the wine is full, with a complex flavor, ripe fruit, harmonious and very long finish and persistent.
Produced by Adega Cooperativa de Monção from the Vinho Verde region, this white wine it's a dry white green wine. It presents a limpid, citrine colour, intense fragrance, with tropical notes and honey, some complexity and vegetable touches; soft taste, with well-fixed acidity, what gives him freshness and elegance, intense body and elegant finish.
Casal Garcia Sweet is a sweet Vinho Verde intensely fruity and balanced, showing an excellent texture in the mouth.
