Boina is an elegant red wine with a medium body, with red fruits in its bouquet and subtle aromas of mint and pine resin. It is a wine with smooth tannins, with aromas well integrated into a very elegant acidity.

Winemaking:
Boina is a red wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Franca, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Carvalha, Tinta Francisca, and Sousão planted in the Trás os Montes wine region. After the fermentation process, in stainless steel tanks, the wine has macerated for 14 days in contact with the stalks and the skins. 20% of the batch was stay in stainless steel barrels in contact with fine lees, for 8 months, prior to being blended and bottled.

Boina is a gastronomic red wine, with smooth mineral tannins, elegant fruit and subtle fruit notes. Anyway, it highlights the aromas of wild red fruits and ends with extraordinary freshness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.

Quinta de Arcosso Reserva is a complex, enveloping red wine with robust tannins and predominant aromas of wild black fruits, such as blackberries, blueberries and delicious ripe plums. Featuring a fig leaf fragrance, it presents an extraordinary balsamic aroma, notes of roasted coffee and vanilla along with an extraordinary acidity.
Quinta de Arcossó Reserva is a perfumed white wine, very eclectic with a complex aromatic structure. Predominantly citric, it presents notes of apricots, tangerine and lime. It exudes perfumes of orange blossom and chamomile, with notes of vanilla and banana and balanced acidity.
Alto do Joa is a red wine with unique with unusual characteristics since it is distinguished by a very prominent and closed tannic mass on the very aromatic and expressive set of red wild fruits. It is an elegant and balanced red wine in harmony with complex notes of noble woods, vanilla, and spices e a sharped acidity.
Quinta de Arcossó Grande Reserva is an extraordinarily complex and vigorous white wine. Expressing notes of tropical fruits, it reveals a fantastic minerality flanked by nuances of ripe citrus fruits, such as mandarin and ripe peaches and floral fragrances. It presents balsamic aromas, notes of beeswax and dried fruit and ends with elegant acidity.
