Soalheiro Brut Barrica is a very elegant sparkling wine, with a fine and persistent bubble that features notes of tropical citrus ripe fruits and aromas of vanilla and bread toast. It has good acidity and subtle mousse.
Winemaking:
Soalheiro Brut Barrica is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with Alvarinho white grape's varieties in the region of Vinho Verde. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. It stayed for 12 months in used's French oak barrels, where it stayed in contact to fine lees, subjected to a regular stirred, prior to the second fermentation where the wine has maturated 36 months.

Tasting Notes:
Soalheiro Brut Barrica is a sparkling wine with intense aromas of citrus fruits and ripe tropical fruits, balsamic notes alongside a fine, elegant and exuberant bubble.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
