Murganheira Unico Brut is dominated by Sauvignon Blanc. It's a rich and fresh Portuguese sparkling wine with toasted nutty notes while still retaining plenty of youthful fruit. It has a refined mousse along with a superb acidity.
Winemaking:
Murganheira Unico Brut is produced according to the Champenoise method and uses exclusively Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties in the batch. The wine is pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel vat and it ages in bottle for 6 years in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Murganheira Unico Brut has great minerality as well as a wonderful acidity and delicious ripe citrus fruit flavours. It's a dry, finely balanced Portuguese sparkling wine.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
