Messias Blanc de Blancs Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine from the Region of Bairrada that reveals exotic and citric fruit aromas with a very elegant bubble. It has subtle fragrances of flowers, toasted bread and dried almond notes. It presents a delicate mousse along with a sharp acidity.
Winemaking:
Messias Blanc de Blancs Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with Chardonnay grapes from the region of Bairrada. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented in oak wood barrels in contact with fine lees. It stays in the bottle for 4 years in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Messias Blanc de Blancs Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine where the citric fruit aromas are dominators alongside the dried fruit fragrances and the hints of yeasts. It has a very delicate mousse with a wonderful acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
