This blended Port after fermentation is stored in huge oak vats to avoid the oxidative process and maintain the red dark purple color. Ruby has an average two years old, therefore there are very fruity on the nose and palate.

Borges Reserva Ruby Port is a fresh ruby Port, intensely aromatic, with notes of black fruit, such as blackberry and plum, notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and fresh peppermint and eucalyptus fragrances. It is an elegant Port wine with soft acidity.
