Cadão Douro is a very elegant Ruby Port wine with fine and delicate aromas. It has a good structure, medium body and velvety texture, highlighting notes of ripe red berries wrapped in delicious spices. It finishes persistent and with acidity that presents notes of blackberries.
Winemaking:
Cadão Douro is a classic Ruby Port wine produced from the blend of the autochthonous red grapes such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Barroca, Souzão, Tinto Cão, and Tinta Amarela from old vines of the Douro wine region. The wine has stayed, an average of 4 years, in French oak barrels prior to being bottled.

Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Barroca, Souzão, Tinto Cão, Tinta Amarela.
Tasting Notes:
Cadão Douro is a Ruby Port wine that has a good aromatic structure, gripped by notes of wild red fruits, balsamic notes, spices and nuances of vanilla. It is a Ruby Port wine that has good structure, great freshness and balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.
