Winemaking:
This red wine from the Region of Dão, Vinha Paz Harvest, was harvested by hand and was trodden in granite wineries. The fermentation took place at controlled temperatures with prolonged maceration, in contact with the skins, in granite stone vats. Aged for 8 months in used French oak barrels for 8 months before bottling.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Jaen, Alfrocheiro Preto, Tinta Roriz.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Tavedo is a very elegant and fresh red wine from the Douro region of the Burmester house. It has a medium and fruity body with a predominance of wild red fruit aromas, mineral notes, light and silky tannins, and balanced acidity.
Dark ruby color. The aroma is full of character, with aromas of wild berries, plums and cherry. It is very fresh, a mineral wine with a firm palate supported by a good acidity and large structure of tannins. It has a very long and persistent end-of-mouth.
Elemento is a red wine of enormous quality, concentration, and predominantly mineral, from the Douro wine region. Displays clay and earthy notes together with intense and ripe fruit, such as cherries and blackberries, and floral touches. It is a wine with closed, powerful tannins, clayey notes and very elegant acidity.
Cortes de Cima has produced this wine using Petit Verdot grapes, natives from Bordeaux, in the hot Alentejo climate. The wine is plenty of density, super-ripe black fruit flavours, full of juicy berry and black plums notes. It has freshness, complexity, spices hints and firm and solid tannins.
Conde Vimioso Sommelier Edition is a very elegant, aromatic and fruity red wine from the Alentejo wine region. It is full of aromas of ripe black fruits, such as cherries, blackberries and plums, mixed with delicate floral fragrances, soft tannins and vibrant acidity.
Campolargo Vinha da Costa is an extraordinarily well-structured red wine, rich in aromatic intensity and very elegant from the Bairrada wine region. It has very well defined aromas of black plums, blackberries and ripe cherries, with mineral and floral notes. It has robust and juicy tannins and very soft acidity.
