Winemaking:
This red wine from the Region of Dão, Vinha Paz Harvest, was harvested by hand and was trodden in granite wineries. The fermentation took place at controlled temperatures with prolonged maceration, in contact with the skins, in granite stone vats. Aged for 8 months in used French oak barrels for 8 months before bottling.

Touriga Nacional, Jaen, Alfrocheiro Preto, Tinta Roriz.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Fagote Grande Reserva Vinhas Velhas is a red wine of great aromatic concentration and of tannic structure from the Douro region. Quinta Mendes Pereira Reserva Touriga Nacional is a mineral, fruity dry red wine from the region of Dão dominated by fresh hints alongside a powerful fruity aroma bouquet. It presents polish tannins, with notes of dry tobacco and moist soil ending with spicy hints and a delicate acidity.
Messias Quinta do Cachao Touriga Nacional is a well-balanced red wine from the Douro Valley. It reveals intense aromas of ripe fruit, being almost sweet. It is a wine packed with blackberries, dark cherries and plums with an almost velvety texture. It has subtle notes of pepper, nutmeg, and vanilla along with exceptional acidity.
Herdade das Servas is a red wine from a selected harvest from the region of Alentejo with lots of powerful red fruits, packed with juicy fruity tannins, and a solid body. The wine is ripe and juicy, with a touch of vanilla and a very pleasant minerality.
