Reception, destemming, crushing and pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at 24ºC. Maceration. It maturated in French oak before bottling.

Store in a cool place, 15ºC. Ready to drink. Service temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Dona Maria is a very elegant and round red wine, with a spectacular aroma of several mature wild fruits. It is persistent and balanced, with present acidity and juicy tannins.

Messias Douro Vinha Santa Barbara shows a deep purple colour. It's rich, closed with austere fruit, and some floral touches. It's powerful but round, it has ripe tannins, without excesses, bitter cocoa and mineral notes on the long, juicy ending.
Candido is a red wine from the Douro region that results from the blend of several batches of ancient harvests from the Quinta da Carolina. It is a wine that is perfect, balanced, polished, with the aromas of ripe fruit, now transformed into aromas of macerated fruits, wonderful woody notes, round and soft tannins, and perfectly balanced acidity.
