Vale do Inferno Reserva is a very rich and complex red wine from the Douro region. It presents a very expressive aromatic bouquet, where notes of black and red fruit and flowers predominate, in addition to a polished and very incisive acidity, high quality tannins and a long and serious finish.
Winemaking:
Vale do Inferno Reserva is a red wine produced with Touriga Nacional red grapes from the Douro region. After a complete destemming of the grapes, the wort was subjected to a long maceration. The fermentation occurred in granite stone mills, at controlled temperatures. The wine was then transferred to French oak barrels, where it remained in contact with fine lees for 18 months, before being bottled.

Vale do Inferno Reserva is a red wine of enormous complexity, where the aroma of black and red fruit, flowers and citrus predominate. In the mouth, it is intense, full of flavors, with great quality tannins and an excellent finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 16°C à 18°C.
