Udaca Colheita is a red wine produced from indigenous grapes from the Dão Region as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Jaen and Alfrocheiro Preto. It fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 5 days, after a long period of maceration, and it stays for 12 months and stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes:
Udaca Colheita is an elegant and a fine red wine from the Dão region. The dominant presence of red fruits is balanced by the powerful and firm tannins, presenting a vigorous and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
