Harvest By hand to small cases of 15 kg Vinification The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed followed by a cold maceration. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature inferior to 25º C Ageing "Elevage” in second and third year French oak barrels for 6 months.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
