Tavedo is a very elegant and fresh red wine from the Douro region of the Burmester house. It has a medium and fruity body with a predominance of wild red fruit aromas, mineral notes, light and silky tannins, and balanced acidity.

Winemaking:
Tavedo is a red wine produced from autochthonous red grapes as Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Tinta Barroca, and Touriga Nacional from the Douro Region. After has passed throughout a quick maceration of 3 days at cold, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After being for 4 months in stainless steel vats, the wine has been transferred to 2 to 3 years old used's French oak barrels where it has stayed for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes:
Tavedo is an elegant and juicy red wine from the Douro region. It presents a dry and fresh profile, with good fruits in its structure, mineral notes, soft tannins, and good acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
Monte da Ravasqueira Syrah is a red wine of great elegance, with delicious aromas of ripe black fruits, flavours of fresh herbs, delicate hints of mint and basil, notes of wild fruits, mineral nuances and highly polished acidity.
Abandonado is a red wine of great complexity and freshness. On the nose, it is a very expressive wine, with unusual balsamic notes, licorice, and black fruits. In the mouth, it has excellent harmony, lively tannins, good acidity and an end of great balance and longevity.
Bacalhôa Merlot is a red wine from Península de Setúbal, complex, with aromas of cherry, plum, spices and soft notes of wood. In the mouth it is full, with fine and elegant but firm tannins and a complex and persistent structure.
Campolargo Rol de Coisas Antigas is an elegant and rich red wine that immediately highlights a deep and complex bouquet of very ripe black fruit. It exalts aromas of black plums, cherries, and blackberries along with balsamic aromas, powerful tannins, accentuated minerality with notes of graphite, granite, and very balanced acidity.
Quinta de Ventozelo Blend is a red wine from the Douro region with a remarkable balance and refined aromas of black fruits and spices. In the mouth, it is dense and smooth, with well-integrated wood notes. The finish is intense, fresh and long.
Casa Ermelinda Freitas Reserva Petit Verdot is a rich and fruity red wine from the region of Peninsula de Setubal, marked by intense aromas of black fruits, ripe figs, and cherries, notes of tobacco, black pepper, and balsamic fragrances. It has intense and succulent tannins and a great acidity.
