Ribeiro Santo Reserva is a red wine produced from autochthonous red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz from the Dão wine Region. The wine has been submitted to a short maceration at cold, after being fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, previously used to ferment white wines, where it stayed 12 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Ribeiro Santo Reserva is a vigorous and elegant red wine from the Dão wine Region. Of wild berries aromas, it features good structure and very subtle notes of oak barrel. It is an extremely aromatic red wine with an extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
Rui Roboredo Madeira Beira Interior is a robust and austere red wine from the Beira Interior wine region and it has a structure with extreme elegance, immense complexity in the primary aromas, where aromas of ripe black fruits are highlighted and softened by vanilla and spice notes, freshness, minerality and great acidity.
Clear deep ruby colour. Berry fruit aromas with some complex subtle toasty notes. Elegant wine palate with good depth of fruit and a fine tannic structure.
Intense purple color. Aromas of great complexity and intensity to the fruits of the forest, pepper, vanilla. Tannins noble, good texture with great balance. Long and silky finish.
Cavalo Bravo Reserva is an elegant and delicate red wine from the Tejo wine region. It has a medium body, lots of fruit in its core, very ripe and lively aromas of red fruits, mineral notes and soft vanilla aromas. It finishes fresh, silky and with very soft acidity.
Antonio Saramago is a red wine from the wine region of the Peninsula de Setubal which presents an elegant and fruity structure, dominated by aromas of wild berries, and delicious shades of cherry and black plums. It has soft tannins, balanced freshness, and good acidity.
Campolargo Termeão Pássaro Branco is a young red wine, vigorous, and full of aromas of wild red fruits. It is fresh and dominated by floral notes and delicious vanilla notes. It presents young and incisive tannins and extraordinary acidity.
