Real Companhia Velha Séries Bastardo is a red wine from the Douro region of a fruity character, revealing huge ripe red fruit flavours and lots of intensity of aromas. It presents good balsamic notes, touches of tobacco and spices. It is an elegant wine, with robust tannins and austéros and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Real Companhia Velha Séries Bastardo is a red wine produced from the indigenous red grapes Bastardo of the Douro region. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, the wine stayed in used's French oak barrels for 12 months, prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.
