Quinta Vale d'Aldeia Colheita is an elegant very well structured red wine which features an intense red colour from the Douro region. It shows a perfectly balanced bouquet, with aromas of ripe red fruits, wild berries, and black cherries, with subtle notes of wood, great minerality, and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta Vale d'Aldeia Colheita is a red wine, produced from autochthonous red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Franca from the Douro wine region. After a short maceration, in contact of the skins and stalks, over 7 days, at cold, the wine has fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine has been transferred to used's French oak barrels, of second passage, where it has stayed for 12 months prior to being bottled.

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca.

Quinta Vale d'Aldeia Colheita is a polished and elegant red wine from the Douro region which features deliciouses notes of fresh black fruit aromas, such black cherries, wild berries and ripe prunes over subtle notes of wood. It presents soft and silky tannins, mineral hints and great acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
