Quinta Fonte do Ouro Grande Reserva is a red wine of enormous quality and great aromatic intensity. It presents a vigorous red colour, denoting all its density and showing aromas of ripe black fruits, balsamic notes, and spices. It is a red wine with opulent tannins and austere, with great minerality and highly polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta Fonte do Ouro Grande Reserva is a red wine produced from the autochthonous red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Jaen, from the Dão wine region. After a 3 days maceration, the wine has fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine has been transferred for new's Allier French oak barrels where it has stayed, in contact with the lees, for 18 months before being bottled.

Quinta Fonte do Ouro Grande Reserva is a red wine of great aromatic intensity, showing all its splendor in the intensity and clarity of its black fruit aromas such as black cherries, plums, and blueberries, and also notes of vanilla, spices, chocolate, and mineral hints. It is dense, complex, with imposing tannins and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
