Quinta dos Carvalhais Reserva is a red wine with a huge density and a wonderful bouquet of dark fruit aromas, as black plums and black cherries. It has a very well integrated oak notes with its acidity. It features lively ripe tannins, with violet, cedar and mineral aromas that linger in a very persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Quinta dos Carvalhais Reserva is a red wine from the Dão Region and is produced with Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Alfrocheiro grapes. The wine is subjected to a classical vinification with a controlled's temperature fermentation and a long pellicular maceration. The wine stayed for 12 months in new and used wood oak barrels.

Quinta dos Carvalhais Reserva is a red wine from Dão that features several notes of wild fruits and black fruits, aromas of wood and resin and a menthol finish that gives freshness to the bouquet. It is an elegant and balanced red wine with a lively acidity and closed tannins giving it a great freshness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
