Quinta de Valbom Reserva is an elegant, polished red wine from the wine region of the Douro that stands out for the enormous aromatic concentration and clarity of its bouquet. The flavors of black, ripe and macerated fruits stand out in their structure, along with well-positioned and powerful tannins, and clean and eloquent acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta de Valbom Reserva is a red wine, produced from indigenous red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Miuda, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Barroca and Tinto Cão from the Douro region. After a long maceration of 14 days, at cold, the wine is fermented in granitic stone Lagares at controlled temperatures. Then, the wine has been transferred to new's French oak barrels where it has stayed for 18 months prior to being bottled. The wine has rested for further 18 months into the bottle in the Cellar at a controlled temperature.

Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Miuda, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão.

Quinta de Valbom Reserva is a red wine from the Douro wine region that features exuberant notes of macerated black fruits, extremely elegant, polished profile and powerful tannins. It is marked by the enormous aromatic bouquet, with the predominance of aromas of plums, buckthorn, and currants, fragrances of violets and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
