Quinta da Fonte Souto is a red wine that exalts and exhibits the splendor of the aromas and smells that we find in the Mediterranean forest with balsamic notes of pine needles and resin. It presents a bouquet of complex aromas in the mouth, juicy and expressive, showing notes of wild fruit flavors and cloves.
Winemaking:
Quinta da Fonte Souto is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Alfrocheiro from the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process, in stainless steel tanks, the wine is macerated for a short period of time and 50% of the batch stayed in French oak barrels for 6 months before being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.

Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Alfrocheiro.
Tasting Notes:
Quinta da Fonte Souto is an exuberant red wine, full of fragrances of Mediterranean forest, in which ripe black fruits stand out, such as berries, blackberries and black cherries wrapped in soft notes of wood. It is a wine with young and powerful tannins, and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
