Quinta da Escusa Harvest is a structured and very elegant red wine from the Tejo's region. Of round and sober tannins, it presents aromas of ripe red fruits, subtle nuances of mint and basil along notes of excellent wood, aromas of vanilla and some spices ending in a very balanced acidity.

Winemaking:
Quinta da Escusa Harvest is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, and Castelão planted in the Tejo region. The wine has been subjected to a pre-maceration, before the fermentation process, that has occurred in traditional granitic Lagares, at controlled temperatures. The wine has stayed in new's French oak barrels for 6 months prior to being decantated filtrated and bottled.

Quinta da Escusa Harvest is an elegant and vigorous red wine from the Tejo region, marked by ripe black fruits aromas such as blueberries, blackberries, and black plums, wrapped in delicious notes of vanilla and subtle touches of spices. It is a red wine with firm and structured tannins and has a polished and refined acidity.

Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
