Quanta Terra Manisfesto is a splendid and complex red wine from the Douro Region. With intense purple colour, it is elegant and robust on the palate. It also exudes rich aromas of ripe black fruits, austere and firm tannins, and clean balsamic notes. It finishes harmoniously with a perfectly integrated acidity with all its aromatic bouquet.
Winemaking:
Quanta Terra Manifesto is a red wine, produced from autochthonous red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Sousão from the Douro region. After a long maceration of 12 days, at cold, the wine was fermented in granitic stone Lagares at controlled temperatures for further 22 days. The wine has stayed in new and used's French oak barrels, for 14 months, in contact with fine lees, prior to being bottled.

Quanta Terra Manisfesto is a red wine from the Douro region, rich and intense. It presents rich aromas of ripe black fruits, wrapped in balsamic notes, black pepper, cloves, and vanilla. Of succulent and ripe tannins, it also reveals abundant freshness notes and finishes in a very well balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
